SERVICE INFORMATION
Service terms and billing information
Teamstead Crew is a business web service from Teamstead Software for company communication, maintenance records, parts research, and shared shopping lists. These terms describe the service offered through Teamstead Crew.
Plans and workspace limits
Choose Crew Chat, Maintenance Hub, Parts Finder, any two-product bundle, or the complete suite. A plan covers one company location and up to 10 active members. Prices are per company in USD; applicable taxes may be added.
Trial, renewal, and payment
The first company subscription includes a 30-day trial. Stripe collects a payment method and shows the actual amount, billing interval, tax, renewal date, and final subscription terms before you subscribe. After the trial, charges recur monthly or annually according to the option selected in Company Billing unless canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Company accounts
The company owner manages employees, roles, passkeys, invitations, products, and billing. Keep invitations private, add a backup passkey for the owner, and remove access when an employee leaves. Your company is responsible for activity performed through its authorized accounts.
Company content
Your company controls the messages, files, photos, equipment records, manuals, work orders, and saved part references it provides. Upload only material your company is authorized to use and share. Company content is not end-to-end encrypted and may be accessed by authorized service operators when necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.
Parts and maintenance decisions
Supplier prices, availability, distance, delivery, and other provider information can change. Confirm part identity, fitment, price, stock, shipping, and return terms with the supplier before purchasing. Teamstead Crew helps organize work and records; your company remains responsible for safe operation, maintenance decisions, required inspections, purchasing, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Availability and records
The service depends on internet access and third-party infrastructure. Interruptions and maintenance can occur. Keep independent copies of records essential to safety, legal compliance, payroll, accounting, or continued operations.
Cancellation and deletion
The company owner can cancel renewal through Company Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Access continues according to the billing status shown there. Cancellation does not automatically delete company data. Company data remains stored until the owner requests deletion and Teamstead Software verifies the request. See Support and cancellation for instructions.
